In this case, it is basically neglible. There is an attempt but Aresh immediately knows that priest is only helping Seiichiro and immediately attended to Seiichiro's emergency needs. Seiichiro's toxic workaholic life and how it always cycles with him and how it toxicity poisons him and his relationships are more prioritized in the story.
This is what I say when I said I don't like love triangles! There is much more to life that can challenge a couple's relationships other than a third party.
