looks like im not alone here the 3rd season isnt like bad or shitty, but compared to the first 2 seasons its really underwhelming cause honestly as you said, the story was really intriguing and put togheter well but s3 just lacks something but i cant really put my finger on whats missing from it

I stopped reading after the second season. I thought it had a good conclusion there. Plus I hated the art change. Loved it otherwise.

yeah i kinda wanted to drop it after reading the first chapter of season 3 (the sudden change was such a jumpscare ) but i forced myself into finish it and… idk. at least i'm satisfied with first two seasons and the story kinda ends there for me. i will be re-reading those.

so i have read “the pawn's revenge” yesterday and i still keep thinking about it, but!
i really f*cking (am i allowed to swear here? lol) enjoyed the first 2 seasons of it, like, oh my god, i love it. but then the 3d season happened.
the first two seasons have that nostalgic webtoon artstyle (idk how to explain it ), are genuinely really well written, the dialogues are smart and the plot twists are great, ALSO, the sex/romantic scenes here are super sensual and sexy, what the hell.
if i were to compare all of this to the 3d season, i would say the newest season is just… not as good, i would even say it’s mediocre, although that’s just my opinion, idk.
