It's a dystopian story with an mpreg setting. A small group of male individuals can conceive a child whiles another small group can make any man pregnant, regardless on whether that man has the reproductive capability or not. The story connects mpreg to themes of psychological conflicts, power struggles, power dynamics, exploitation and survivability.
I really enjoyed the dystopian, sci-fi mpreg blend, I don't know if it's what you're looking for but that's my recommendation for a great mpreg story. (⌒▽⌒)
