Did I miss a chepter? What about the fct that there Was a killer on the ass from them? Did I miss something!?

    The killer can’t do anything cause leewon commissioned the killer to go after cesare first. He can’t kill Cesare and he can’t kill someone who is employing him until he finishes the job. It’s a stalemate.
