It was understandable when we saw how Kazu switched up, because we saw FIRSTHAND how he was jealous of Sougo having a family, even right from the beginning.
He was already curious about how someone, especially Sougo, could deviate from their original path. That means he was already receptive to the idea of change, because he was curious about it and even wanted to know firsthand (even though he was kinda pushy with Akira).
But then, I wasn't even that upset when Kazu switched up fast about Akira, because after all, that root cause of his behavior was the deviation of that path, so of course he'd be particulary interested in people who made the deviation happen. Even more so when Akira DIDNT take his offer, strengthening his ideas about deviating.
Anyways, I'm just so upset over how easily Alex got his hands on my boy(╯°Д °)╯╧╧

I agreed with a comment earlier that the old men haoi couple had better chemistry then the main, because they had just been through so many more hurdles than them, and it was interesting to see that they couldn't overcome it, yet still wanted to spend the rest of their lives together in the end. Sad, but good I guess?
Feels a little hypocritical that the man who said all bestia is good is for breeding and having one person to love is bad, also gets the one he loves in the end.
However, he did admit to being jealous, and again, were all human. Ironically, it's more realistic that he's hypocritical, we all are about something that ends up changing the things we say or think. Sougi or what's his face was just being unnecessarily harsh since he was jealous his own son got what he couldn't.

Maybe just me but I don’t like how Kazu and Alex ended up together. I feel like Alex should’ve been the one to stop and chase after Kazu. And the fact he continued to go to the hotel room where his assigned breeding mate is supposedly there….if Kazu had not been there, Alex would have definitely gone with it.
But my more concern is towards Alex’s mindset. His way of loving is fine (being by Kazu’s side), but he’s not going to sleep with anyone else right? Was that mentioned at all?
Because Kazu confirmed to want connection, not just breeding whoever. So both have to be on board with the same thing and expectations for a stable relationship.
