Regardless of whether Eunhan was a child when he did that he also spent their entire relationship lying to Hangyul. He never intended to come clean. Hangyul returning to Eunhan even when Eunhan did so much fucked up shit isn't that questionable when Eunhan literally appeared to be giving him relief from being haunted and molested by spirits. Hangyul developing feelings from that isn't too strange either. But then finding out your entire relationship was a lie, finding out Eunhan who was the cause of all of his misery all along? That means his trust has been irreparably broken. Him acting like that is natural.
It's comparable to finding out a partner has been cheating on you for years and lied to you every single day of the relationship while pretending things are normal. That's SCARY. A partner lying with a straight face and only breaking when being caught means you never really knew them. If they were capable of that, then what else are they capable of?
Hangyul is 100% right in running away imo.
Also Eunhan's uncle isn't exactly interested in solving things between Eunhan and Hangyul. He doesn't care about Eunhan's emotional well-being, he cares more about his own guilt from what I can tell. He only reluctantly accepted Eunhan messing with Hangyul because he thought it was just that - something with a definite end. He's always wanted to separate the two because of selfish motives and he doesn't care to really know his own nephew.

I understand how everyone in the comment section are mad cs Eunhan made another wish (to bring Han gyul back or wtv) but I really don’t like how Han gyul is acting, Eunhan made that first wish when he was a child and loved his his favorite actor(Han gyul) so for him to mad at that is crazy, he has never been mad and always ran back to Eunhan when Eunhan did all that other fucked up shit but then again I can’t even be made at him cs there is so many small holes in the story, Han gyul really only knows parts of what happened and he is going based off of the stuff that he knows and what makes me mad is that the uncle didn’t even attempt to explain that Eunhan made that wish when he was a child he just stirred things up even more by telling Han gyul to leave and never come back like wtf? I swear this story gets irritated sometimes.
