Maybe you can slowly start to read other types of stories. You can explore with other genres until you find something else you like.

Bruh same boat I try and find stories that have similar plots os the BL I keep circling back to. I also just straight up umare a second mggo account that's (kinda) strictly non BL which helps me make that mental separation
Start reading all ages stories! It's easier if you get into all ages and then move on to Yuri

What else did/do you enjoy before BL came into your life?? For example, I like watching action movies and I parlayed that into my comic reading. I now read a bunch of action/martial arts/cultivation manhua and manhwa. Also, for my non-comic reading, I enjoyed reading horror, so now I read apocalyptic and zombie stories on this site.
Maybe it’s just your preference, no shame in that. I also read a lot of genres but I usually circle back to BL in the end.
