Fucking crazy. Someone doesn’t have to do anything in order for someone to feel harassed. That’s like saying a person feeling uncomfortable by someone staring shouldn’t be angry directly. Also, the Blondie was ogling at him like a creep but sure, he didn’t do anything. Is it only ‘anything’ if it’s physical?
The tan guy clearly noticed and felt uncomfortable. Not everyone’s going to be soft when telling another to stop, tan guy is angry reasonably.
Him cursing is perfectly fine. He also bowed and apologised literally, and explained why he said that. He may be stiff with it but he apologised for cursing. Then the Blondie kept pushing it so he cursed again. He is just trying to work and did not bother Blondie until Blondie CAME TO HIM.
If anyhow, Blondie is the one being unnecessarily rude and pushy.
