Im gonna be hated for this but upbringing really shaped Ceasar's personality of not knowing how to say sorry. I'm basically the opposite. I was raised and taught to always say sorry, even if it's not my fault. Reason was: I should always be polite, I should always live with humility. Took me years to finally understand that I don't have to say sorry every frickin' time especially if all I'm doing is setting boundaries for myself. I think Ceasar was the same. He was never taught to say sorry. It might not have even existed in Sasha's world (Ceasar's father). Ceasar's upbringing is brutal and violent. Saying sorry would have meant admitting weakness. At least Leewon would teach him to be humble now. Go wip his ass, Leewon. LOL.
