Normally we just go to any manga page then click at flag on the left screen edge to leave link/file/message.
I only see a flag to report. I'm guessin I have to do this on a desktop rather than on a mobile device correct?
That flag is the one, choose "Other".
If the author already have manga page here, just go to that manga page.
