Some mom's wven have periods all though out pregnancy, but that is likely not something that happens to omegas.
It can be spotting from implantation of the embryo.
If you are dehydrated and have sex while pregnant it can cause you to bleed too, so it is probably that. I am sure the baby is fine if this was a straight story I would say miscarriage but it is BL and that almosg never happens
