She's probably diagnostically a (untreated and manged) narcissist. She has to be the best at everything, everyone has love her, she's has to be the most beautiful, blah blah blah. Anyone who challenges her world view is her top enemy and rival. Even if they're not competing. Something as simple as beating her in beauty pageant is enough.
