because it updates every tuesday and your perception of a week begins with monday… you can see with any other manga that updates fri/sat/sun that it doesnt feel that weird. this used to happen to me in school whenever we had recess on friday vs a different year when we had it on monday. even tho they came once a week, the recess on monday felt so much sooner
