breathing exercises everyday 2-3 times esp before sleep try soothing music on yt if you can't focus,
try to catch full sleep(6-8 hrs) at once rather than sparingly- your body will feel much better
hydrate yourself! and take breaks every once in a while to destress, do not development an unhealthy relationship with food(overeating or undereating) and eat healthy as much as you can afford
