The beginning does include pedophilia, but now in the couple, also rape. With the main couple for a long time you could argue that one of them has not mentally developed to an adult. It gets somewhat better in the later chapters.

The beginning was rough for me personally. Kid gets kidnapped, groomed and brainwashed and manipulated by deranged captor who rapes him multiple times. I stopped for a long time because it’s was too much at the time (was extra emotionally raw then). I came back to it and it got better. I love historical stories, so I will keep reading. If you can get past the first part, you will probably be ok with the rest.
I want to read this as the art is nice and all but Before reading i want some spoilers,like does it include shit like pedophilia or incest?if yes i ain't gon read this,and Who's older seme or uke?does the side couple get as much screentime as the main couple?
