Wait this is such a good take on this.. I never thought of this tbh all the others are so angry at owen (For a good reason) but I always felt like there might be a reason why he's like that (besides being posessive)

I’ve low-key been saying this. What he needs is self love, the other clones of him is all different aspects of him, Asperier. He needs to love them before he can fully love Nux imo.
.. that Asperier doesn't love himself, and doesn't feel worthy of Nux love.
That's why he hides and dislikes other Owens, he doesn't understand that Nux loves all parts of him, just as he loves all the Nois equally.
