looking for a manga

I cannot remember the title for the life of me, and I thought I had it in my list but it’s not there.
It’s a bl, Mc is short and has a cute face, short spiked hair. He has had a crush on the ML(Tall, long hair, piercings and a tattoo, blonde) since HighSchool and has been following him around. They are in collage and two of their friends dare MC to confess to ML for a prank video, ( the friends are twins and are always pranking people for videos) MC actually does it but he like did it for real, and ML rejects him at first then goes all horny for his crying face(?) for some odd reason lmao. MC doesn’t correct him so ML takes it serious same for MC it felt like he was getting rejected frl. anyways they try dating and stuff and MC keeps lying to ML and stuff and then the twins tell ML that it was just a prank but MC actually meant it. Also when they do it for the first time MC says smnt that makes ML jealous, smnt about its not his first time but again he was lying. ML gets mad/sad cuz he took his confession seriously and didn’t think MC would do that, then they make up and make out and the end. I tried to add as much detail as I remember please help!!!
