Long story short. Uke lived and will sacrifice a lot of things only for the seme because of the promise he made to the seme’s parents. Seme eventually found out uke was helping him and that uke wanted to save him but seme still decided to use that affection against the uke and faked his feelings, and then he betrayed the uke. Uke and some omega got kidnapped, seme saved ONLY the other omega and didn’t even glance at the uke once. Uke finally decided to give up on the seme and just focused on taking revenge on Igor, then planned to kill himself after.
