Same, I enjoy the scene, it' smooth, the flow is good and then he drops this sentence. Full stop. And I'm like "oh, this again •__•". Like why. It's such an unnecessary sentence. It's more a turn off than a turn on.
If you want to diplay that the Seme is so turned on he doesn't want to stop, let him say exactly that or "Please don't make me stop, because I really don't want to let you go/ I want to cherish this moment" (kinda creepy, but at least not rapey) or something cheesy like "You are the only one for me" or at least make clear that he would stop if Uke really asked or just NOTHING. There are so many better options.
