What I think i remember maybe not 100% accurate ... its a college life type but I think they start off on bad terms like had a project together but didnt like each other but then they end up helping eachother one of them is good at translating and i don't remember what the other one does ahhh pls help !!! EDIT FOUND yess now skimming through it it was 1995 youth report, the top has a bad first impression of the bottom like hes a delinquent because hes smoking and he keeps only running into him when hes doing weird things and they end up doing a project together but the tops hand writting is so bad they make a pact to help eachother and the bottom translates for him ITS SO FUNNY GONNA READ AGAIN
