I know a anime where the villain is the main character (and he's really cool and op :D), and there isn't a manga for it because the original manga is focused on the good guys.
The original : zetta Karen children (there is also an anime for this but its a bit old)
the anime with the villain (I love this anime and this character soooo much) : zetta Karen children : the unlimited
