I'm not really sure but i guess it's because they don't got in the same university n because of their social standing??? Tbh idk and i believe it's mostly them not talking enough w e/o so a BIG miscommunication happened and now the top super sad and/or disappointed and/or hate the bottom for not meeting him during the examination season
