It depends on the context of the word disgusting. If they mean it's grotesque then that doesn't mean it's bad. I'd say KS is a bit grotesque at times. If they think it's shit then I don't understand why they'd be interested.
I don't think they mean it like that. Those people are low key bashing KS. Saying that it is worse than Boku no Pico (again wut??? Can't they find a better comparison) adding that it is a new kind of nasty and those who didn't share their views are apparently in denial.
And then they said "but the story is interesting, it has a good plot and not cliche" in the same sentence that they bash KS. which is why I'm confused.
Oh those Facebook comments on the side? Maybe they're in denial that they like it ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Honestly Boku no Pico isn't even that bad of a shotacon. Horror isn't a new kind of nasty at all. It's a completely different genre from shotacon though....
I don't understand why people feel the need to bash KS and the fandom. There's horror movies that are waaaaaaaaay more graphic and disturbing. Do these people go bashing horror movies too or something?

I tried to find any common ground between BnP & KS to understand how can these two titles be compared to one another. I really do. And for the life of me I couldn't do it. I view those two to be a completely different genre.
KS is a psychological thriller with a bit of BL. BnP on the other hand is a thru and thru yaoi shotacon with no real plot. Kinda porn-ish.
