It might also be difficult to find a new job that pays well and also hires omegas. Also I think this is more to do with korean work culture that we kinda don’t get. (Also we wouldn’t have a plot if he realized he could quit lol)

Same. I mean, he said it himself that no omegas are allowed for the job. Yet here he is, risking his life for who knows whats worth. I know that him staying is a part of the plot but I do hope there's a valid reason for it. And I hope it's not that "I'm special enough to fix him" one (● ̄(エ) ̄●)

like alienqueen said, I believe it has to do with korean work culture added to the fact that omegas are discriminated against. also how long has he had the job for?? like a pretty long time I can't remember lmfao. but the thought of losing a job you've had for a long time is terrifying. especially if it's a pretty good paying job with good hours ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Everyone who has quit or been fired has been 'taken care of' so for his wellbeing, I think it's a little difficult plus his possible has a pretty bad temper

Now that you've mentioned it, I guess yall are right that it would be really impossible for him to quit the job. If memory serves me right, MC isekai'ed when he already got the job. It would be very detrimental for him to just leave like that.
