Isn’t the timeline that the MC got divorced 6 years ago and has been single since then? So I don’t think he got a divorce just cause MC became single. Otherwise why wait for 6 entire years.

I’m pointing out that if that was the reason you said- he wouldn’t have gotten married in the first place or would have broke off his marriage right after he found out MC was single. MC has been single and divorced for 6 years. Which means it’s some other reason, not because mc was single, because why would he bother waiting 6 years
No clue but he still admitted to leaving his wife for him. So your point doesn't really stand unless his wife doesn't like him. If it's a contractual relationship it's not that bad but if they married for other reasons then it's pretty shitty of the main lead to just throw his wife away bc someone he liked is available
