It's not that he's still in love with that maniac, he just doesn't have a choice when he's within gunner's grasp. And his thing with Dylan, I think he's still hesitant about their relationship, if the feeling is mutual or should they take it to the next level.

Feel like despite liking Dylan, Theo would still be weak for Gunner, i just hope when time comes he has to choose it'll be Dylan. Dylan has issues too but his not as unhinged as Gunner.
