If this is really a time loop, it being hinted about the baby always being conceived around the same time... just imagine how traumatic that is to Iheon. Like no matter how many times he tries and changes, it always ends up the same. I can see why he's crazy honestly.
But poor Huimin as well, constantly living like that, losing your child over and over again. I'm with the theory that he thinks this is a novel when in reality the "novel" could be a coping mechanism and there never was a Huimin outside.
All in all this plot keeps going through turns, and both characters are trying hard to prevent things from being the same... my heart breaks for the two of them.. but for doc to tell him to get his memories back, no, just reteach him! Iheon is literally risking his life to keep Huimin happy and from spiraling... is it healthy? Probably not...
