Not exactly. It was said that both Phil and Ellen had the same color of hair when born (which contributed in them being easily swapped); but it was a light blonde, not white. Idk if this will become a plot point in the manhwa but irl that does happen
Some babies are born blonde and turn brunette over time.
Am I mental when I recall Phil's bio mom saying that she had white hair when she was a newborn baby
