I had to sift through my already read, sorry for the wait. Though, the response above was the first one to pop into my head haha. I only pulled a few since it's not like I have my stuff sorted and I didn't wanna scrub through everything.
I kept the list to "people who start out as sex friends but one or both catch feelings and it causes problems" but didn't include stories where there was a well-defined preexisting relationship between the characters. also, some of this stuff I haven't read in a while, so I can't speak entirely to the quality. But they will actually show the progression of the relationship instead of delivering it via massive text wall
Omae no Yubi de Toroketara (probably my least fave from this list, but it's fine)
Hotaru wa ashita shinu (very angst, very good, happy ending)
Koi da Ai da wa Sateoite (probably the closest to the plot of this manga)

I've seen this plot done better. But I've also seen it done much worse. It's overall pretty cute, and the art is good, it has personality. The eyes are drawn very well.
