Holy scar should be called a "stigmata" it was something you need to open before being recognized as a cardinal, so it's something that only a cardinal level holy knight/priest could have.
People think Wrennie is a divine beast but he is actually a divine item. IIRC he comes in equation after Jesse and co went to the tower where Cedric father's momument were made along with his divine item. Then the divine item saved saved Jesse when he was attacked by sir Haynes.
