it's a thing but it really gets to a point..? he does not look like a short adult, he looks like a child. it is not that hard to make include a size kink AND have both characters look like adults.
It’s the authors kink so if u don’t like it then don’t read ?? It’s pure fiction that doesn’t harm anyone else IRL. Just drop the manga and leave it be if you or others find it uncomfortable (which is fine) but insulting the work when you’re able to access it illegally is insane in my opinion.
