he's been obsessed with him since high school, it's implied that he's been interested in the mc even before they became friends so i think it's safe to say he IS deeply obsessed with him. personally and looking at the last 10 chapters of season one, i think the ml also has real, romantic feelings for the mc but i use google to translate the raws so take it with a grain of salt. there is a thin line between love and obsession, as they say.
