How is she a bitch? When edgar had no problem crushing her dreams so she would be stuck in the manke. June would never throw edgar under the bus but he did it first. Offcource she was heartbroken. Just because June did not fit his picture of ideal family he had no problem throwing under the bus.
June is a bitch bc she is creating problems. Her actions are problematic and she is aware of this, yet she continues to go forth with them at everyone else's expense. Additionally, while others in this series may do the same, they have reasons behind their actions (such as extreme trauma or desperation) whereas June is only being petty in the earlier chapters, and vain in the later ones.

What actions are you talking about? She has a back story too. Edgar always suppressed and made lite of her tales. She is clumsy but she is a hard worker. What right did edgar had to destroy and trample her dreams? She at leasts like edgar for who he is just because she drd not fit edgars image of a family he discarded her like trash. She would have never done that to edgar.
June also clearly wished for edgar to be happy even after she realized edgar did not love her romantically. You hate on her because she come between your ship.

I do understand what you're say, and you are correct. Edgar was cruel to her first and absolutely tried to possess her (which is not okay at all) but i see it as him doing it unintentionally. He has no idea how to regulate his emotions, which we clearly see later on as his possessiveness shifts towards Cameron (does not excuse his actions). I'm saying she's a bitch now bc she's now the one doing these malicious actions intentionally.
I want to make it clear that I am not supporting anyone in this story. Edgar is not mentally well and is falling apart at the seams, June is desperate for a better life and is willing to do whatever she can to achieve it, Cameron is extremely depressed and copes in horrendous ways, and Veronica is desperate for any type of control she can get, both in life and over her own emotions (which is why she's trying to shift to Edgar instead of Cameron, bc then that would be her own choice).
No one in this story is a good person, they are all complex and suffering in different ways. I'm here solely for the drama
True that. I agree no one in the story is the saint. It just that she got betrayed in the worst way possible don't you think she would have mental breakdown too? She definitely being malicious buts isn't that just direct consequences of edgars betrayal is all I am saying.

Sure! I'm always down to discuss my favorite stories. And yeah, I personally don't like June as a character (personal preference there) but I do understand where she is coming from.
