Clauden (uke) came as the last person who visited Luan but then Luan didn't believe him thinking it was another person pretending to be the childhood friend and being blinded with his uncontrollable rage he punished him to set as an example for the other commoners who lied, mocked, and humiliated him.
Then the last chapter, we got to see Clauden's POV. Clauden knew Luan's identity since he was young because of Hendric (Luan's family butler). Hendric passed Luan's letter to Clauden and Clauden read them, not just that Clauden also wrote a letter for Luan (idk if Luan receive it or if Hendric just hid it until Luan's return). Clauden also knew Luan's feelings through reading the letter and Clauden also has feelings for Luan. So, whenever Hendric relay the letters to Clauden, Clauden also exchange his letters to Hendric to be sent to Luan.
When Clauden recieve the news of Luan's return by learning it through Hendric as they passed by each other, he happily and excitedly ran as fast as he could to meet Luan until that day happened. He was beaten roughly until his face was swollen and he was also limping. Thankfully, some commoners help him recover if not he'll be totally died.
Days after, when Luan's rage has gone after the ball (he was also angry because he's father was looking for his future fiancé) he finally met Hendric, he was so happy but then Hendric dropped a shocking news to Luan of the identify of his childhood friend. He then came running towards where Clauden is staying.
Before Luan came, Clauden reminisce their childhood memories, looking through the drawers where he put all of Luan's letter for him. (I'm really crying at this part cuz he look so sad in the pannel). He then saw himself in the mirror and call himself gross with his current appearance (with all the swelling, cuts and injuries). He then cut his hair then was shocked to the banging of the door, it was Luan. He thought while walking through the door that he should've not met Luan and that their happy memories should stay happy, that it was not good for them to meet and should just forget each other. That they should be separated and stay whatever their roles is.
Luan was begging for Clauden to open the door, when the door opened Luan ask if he's the childhood friend. Clauden responded, "No. It's not me. Sorry. I lied because i was blinded by money. Sorry".
Luan's face can't be described. (I think he's devastated because of Clauden's appearance, disappointed of his answer and was guilty of the things he had done to him. But still Luan's face can't be totally be described, its up to you guys how u describe his reaction).
Then Clauden thought at the end, "Memories should remain memories."
