ML is so shitty(literally) and he will do a lot of annoying things (cheating?, rape, and so on). Though, he would be eventually get kicked(forced) out of his position by his friend(the traitor) and there would be characters that will die(that dude acts like a guard? and the old man eunuch?). Till the very end, it's like literally sad and too damn annoying, only one part(the ending) that it will become happy. I don't think this one is worth of time to read, this story suck.
You saved me the time
I just checked the raw, and to be honest, even if it has 70+ chapters, the story seemed to be rushed. The ending was a happy one, but there will be a lot of plot holes.
