Edit: read the raws up to ch 28, no it does not get better, Yeoreum is still narcissistic as fuck, Noeul is pretty terrible too because he indulges in the stupid fuck's tantrums and keeps hate fucking him while putting Luna in a loop
Luna deserves a better person or Noeul actually NOT indulging Yeoreum and move away or some shit
