Ok so something similar would be "When the killer falls in love" (it's on mangago btw) and it's not ex delinquent but the MC is an active killer. He meets an actor (ml) and their lives get entangled with one another and yea, while the MC still is a killer, he definitely acts like a softie to the ml and tries to eventually change his way of life
Even though it's not really what you described, I'd still give it a try (if you haven't read it), I can only recommend it, its a 10/10
Try Payback. It's good, there isn't that much fighting tho.
