She (ogPina) was inside :( she felt was she was violated when the fakePina was using her body to do sexual acts. She was so traumatized that her soul basically left her body and since she is the star maiden the celestials (or sort of angels) protected her soul and kept her in a space. Remi (not Emi) was able to speak to her and Remi offered her soul to be reborn as one of Remi's and Angel's children. OgPina was so scarred that she was hesitant to be reborn again if there was a slight chance that she will be reborn as a girl. When Remi assured her that she will be reborn as a boy ogPina agreed.
FYI - Emi was reborn as Remi's daughter.
