About the lore ( i may be wrng)
The judge ("him") was the owner of Earth, he left for a while (millions of years) and in the meantime humans appeared. He rturned to the planet and since humans believed they were the owners of Earth, they fought but the judge's power was absolute.
Hundreds? of years later, aliens invaded Earth and ate? humans (or had them as slaves, toys) to the point they are a rare species now, but there are places such as orphanages sponsored by aliens?
Also, aliens seemingly reproduce by division? It is said that they enter a vulnerable state and some of their cells may or may not form a different being. The judge created seven beings that come from seven fingers (one is Shalam, other is Miria). Thats all we know.
Questions:
Did humans find evidence of the judge and his seven fingers but they thought they were something divine? (They are like angels, after all)

Then, was Rider species also known about? He seems like a demon kinda...

Do humans have freedom in this story? We know Mori was captured by the judge' soldiers, but we also see that the mother of the lil girl in 1st chapter went somewhere and then went to find her child (where did she go?)

If the judge was away for millions of years and he seemingly did not expect to find humans...where did they come from? Was there even life on Earth created by the judge before he left? If not...did some other divine being messed with the judge plans?

I dont think Mori was captured, it's more like a "rescue" operation, retrieving a wild child who grew on a deserted area. But those people or aliens doesn't really understand human psychology so they took him by force, so he developed a trauma when it comes to sudden bright lights. those that rescued him got this circular light on their mask right? and they used alot of bright lights to corner him.
I think humans got freedom, although there may be parts where it's not because it seems many alien species were already living on Earth and they see humans a some sort of an endangered species.
As to Rider, maybe he just look like a demon from our perspective, but he's probably just an alien because one time he and aia were talking about how humans reproduce while his kind 'divide'. there are also many characters that have horns.
i hope they showed more lores, it seems the world was already different since there are even flying whales.
