It is worth it. Just get past the first chapters, the story gets more interesting, their relationship improve, they're solving a puzzle to catch the evil queen.

At what moment/chapter have you stopped? The beginning was rough, I can understand, however for me since Nok's bath in ch 12 it gets only better. In other words right after the worst part.
And if you've paused somewhere in the s1 there'll be huge improvement in gorgeous arts!!
