It's also true this is a double standards because Rindo is clearly always been the kind of person who lvoes people. He always try to find the good in peoole. That trait of him is what makes him accepted Amane to begin with.
I'm not saying he's entirely not wrong when it comes to his interaction with Yanagi, but from his perspective, Yanagi is kinda like a big bro that he looked up to and that he still wanted to be friends with him.
