Yeah totally get ya! That's why I dropped Bailijin immortals. It's actually good if they just made a separate side story for those side characters instead of getting it in the way for the main character development progress unless those side characters story somehow influence the main or their story made some kind of progress for the main characters but it's so unrelated at all...making me wanna drop the story if they keep this up just to make the story longer.
I hate it when something updates once a week with short chapters and it's wasted on side couples. I like them both but I want more progress for the main couple first.
