Yep, 146 is the last chapter. It corresponds to chapter 92 in the novel so roughly at 2/3 of the story.
The reason seems to be the lack of financial support due to illegal translations and not enough interest from Chinese fans. It happened to other popular works too like fake slackers, tunhai, and now even little mushroom is in danger. So even if we read illegally, we should still try and support authors by purchasing the raws.
