Even though virtually every mc, in every damn transmigration story, has the same unfounded belief that they will be sent back to their own world once the story ends- this is the first, and only, time I’ve ever seen it actually occur. I am shocked.

Yeah, well- if we include stories where the transmigrator goes back to their world, but then returns afterwards… there are a few. Otherwise, the ones where the transmigrator, AND their lover, both go to the real world… would also count.
