Nah I think in this empire, you can take multiple wives so he would simply have a harem to help him take care of his sexual needs. He’s not an emperor but it’s common for emperors to have 4-6 main wives and the rest as a once in a while thing but he would probably switch between at least 15 wives and a few male attendants too. Or you know… he can find a fellow sex addict.
I'm still on ch26 but all I can think is WHAT IF he had a normal male body and wed with woman....... just thinking about it makes me feel sorry for the poor woman who has to deal with his never-ending sexual desire....
