Do they ever get their dream powers back?

I don't think they will, one of the twins (pink haired who is dead) said the ability is transferring to someone who is in need just like siyeon in the first place then to the other twin (alive) who was in need had the ability. The ability vanish once it matures and becomes stable to be use by the person who's wielding it and transfer to another person.
