He likely doesnt know about the side effects, when he got the pills he asked if there were any side effects to the pills and the guy said no. I feel like if he knew what it would actually do then he wouldnt have fed it to Wooju, but thats on him for not being suspicious when it can literally change the subgender of a person
Why do i feel like the drug is not what Jiheon thought he got for changing him to omega. But actually something with different effect that was passed on from the professor.
