It would be fine to start from there. I think it’s worth starting from the beginning there’s a little more insight into the way Jiheon thinks but the manhwa is pretty faithful to the story as well if you want to check it out from where the officials are currently it would be about chapter 31/32
Those who have read the novel, do you recommend starting it from the beginning or will reading it from where the season 1 of the manhwa ends is okay?
