LOL. Sorry. They haven't shown it on-screen yet, but in the official translation, when Tae-Min asked Joo-Hoon about his relationship with Ji-Wook, his answer was "I wouldn't call him someone I happen to know. We are much more intimate than that."
So, it's not 100% that they had done the deed, but but I would say it's 99%. I could be wrong. That isn't a spoiler. That's just the most likely scenario. And I expressed it the way I did because the whole thing is so gross, IMO. I'm sorry if I traumatized you with an almost-spoiler!

Yup, i agree it is there between the lines that Joohoon and Jiwook did get together at some point, because the rapists in the video asked Joohoon if "it is really okay" before they commenced. Cause no way in f***ing hell what they did could be okay, but asking for Joohoon's specific permission sounded like they are damaging something that belongs to him, like "is it really okay we do this, even though he looks like your (ex)boytoy". And after his agreement, they added that him wanting to watch makes him the sickest of them all, which again makes more sense if he was intimately affiliated with Jiwook, who basically wears the same face.
But then why did Joohoon say it should have been Jiwook in Siwon's place? ._.

Actually, I wouldn't say their story is twisted. I would say that it's actually more the general rule of thumb. I like dark and twisted stories myself, after all, which is why I don't like Ji Wook and Jo Hoon's story. And, why, at the same time, I prefer Ji Won and Tae Min's story.

Main character's real name: YOON TAE-MIN (Yoon is family name, Tae-Min is given name.)
Main character switches places with and assumes the identity of a guy who attempted suicide, named HAN SI-WON. (Han is his family name, and Si-Won is his given name.)
The twin brother of Han Si-Won is HAN JI-WOOK (Han is his family name, which is the same as Si-Won's family name since they are brothers, and Ji-Wook is his given name.)
The love interest of the main character currently refers to himself as MIN SI-WOON. (Family name Min, given name Si-Woon). He changed his name after moving away from his and Tae-Min's hometown. When he was a child, Tae-Min knew him as MIN WOO-JIN. Tae-Min still refers to him as Min Woo-Jin in his thoughts. But he always calls hi, Min Si-Woon, just as everyone else does. If he accidentally calls him Woo-Jin, he will blow his cover immediately.
The bad guy who organized Si-Won's gang rape on film after (presumably) happily fucking Ji-Wook is LEE JOO-HOON. (Family name Lee, given name Joo-Hoon.)
Minty, The green-haired dude with a crush on Tae-Min is CHOI MIN-JUN. (Choi family name, Min-Jun given name.)
The tall, stoic, and handsome friend who keeps Min-Jun in line is LEE HOON (Family name Lee, given name Hoon).
Seriously, though, the closeness between the names Si-Won and Si-Woon, and Lee Joo-Hoon and Lee Hoon drives me insane. It's like the author is trying to fuck with us, lol! Hope this helps.
