The two became roommates (I think for a college) but they fought a lot because they had very different lifestyles. The protagonist (bottom) smoked and drank so he left cans lying around the house which irritated the other guy (top) (I think he had black/darker hair) who was a huge gym rat who left weights around the apartment. So they decided to create a list of rules that they stuck on the fridge so they could share the space in the house. One day comes when the top pretends to leave the house for a long time (I think 2 days or something) to come back by surprise a few hours later and see the protagonist with the house all dirty. What happens is that the protagonist uses the time the top left the house to masturbate (I think with a vibrator) but is caught off guard by the top. Other things happen, but they decide to put on their list of rules/calendar that every Wednesday they will fuck. It's not crossing the line/can't think straight. I think it was a manhua by the lines but I'm not sure.
